What items are RETURNABLE?

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging with all tags
  • No LIMITED EDITION (These are Final Sales)
  • No DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS (These are Final Sales)
  • No FLASH SALE PRODUCTS (These are Final Sales)
  • No HOLIDAY SALE PRODUCTS (These are Final Sales)
  • No ITEMS PURCHASED WITH COUPON/SALES CODE (These are Final Sales)

Items shipped to us that do not meet these criteria will not receive a REFUND for the product(s) or any other charges related to shipping them back to us and the product(s) will not be sent back to the customer.

What items are eligible for EXCHANGE?

Items shipped to us that do not meet these criteria will not eligible for EXCHANGE for the product(s) or any other charges related to shipping them back to us and the product(s) will not be sent back to the customer.

What items are non-returnable/refundable?

  • Free gifts
  • Promotional items
  • Clearance/Sale Items
  • Items purchased with Coupon Code/Sales Code
  • Gifts can only be refunded to the original purchaser, not gift recipient

Are there any charges for return?

  • We do not charge a restocking fee
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

How soon will I get my EXCHANGE/REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If you are approved, then your REFUND will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10-14 business days. (Times may vary depending on 3rd parties, i.e. banks, countries, etc.)
  • If you are approved, then your EXCHANGE will be processed within 10-14 business days.
  • Please Expect Delays During and After Holiday Seasons
